Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
I specialize in both individual and couples counseling, helping clients navigate intimacy, desire, and connection. My practice is enriched by over 20 years of experience — including serving as a Professor in the Marriage, Couple, and Family Therapy Program at Lewis and Clark College in Portland.
I provide online sex therapy to clients in Oregon, New York, and Connecticut.
Who I work with
I work with individuals and couples who love each other but feel painfully stuck around intimacy, desire, disconnection, or patterns they don’t fully understand.
If you’ve tried talking, reading, or hoping it would change — and you’re still here — you’re not broken. You’re caught in a pattern most therapy doesn’t address.

I don’t treat desire discrepancy as a communication problem or a libido issue. I help you understand the relational pattern underneath — the shame, the avoidance, the unspoken fears, the ways stress and disconnection have quietly taken over.
This is depth work. It’s not about scheduling sex or trying harder. It’s about understanding what’s actually happening and building a new way forward.
